These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.tryremifemin.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of Remifemin® products (the “Products”) sold through the Site. The Site and the sale of Products are operated by TDDC - The Digital Distribution Company INC. (“TDDC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 340 Windward Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90291, USA. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site and purchase Products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. The Products
Remifemin® is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding the Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results may vary. The Products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
Remifemin® and RemiSure® are registered trademarks of their respective owner. The Products are sold and distributed in the United States by TDDC.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, a pricing or product error, or a violation of these Terms.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Product prices include shipping (see Section 4). We may change prices, Product offerings, and promotions at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order. Payment is processed through our third-party payment providers via the Shopify platform; by submitting payment information, you authorize us and our providers to charge the applicable amount.
We sell single-purchase orders only (including multi-month bundles). We do not enroll customers in any automatic-renewal, subscription, or auto-ship program. You will only be charged for the order you place.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated processing and delivery time is 3–7 business days; delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Your purchase is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Please see our Refund / Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Reviews, Testimonials & User Content
The Site may display customer reviews, testimonials, and other user-generated content. Testimonials reflect the individual experiences of those persons, are not necessarily representative of all users, and are not a guarantee of results — individual results may vary. Any content you submit must be truthful and your own; by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing, and you agree it is non-confidential.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful purposes, scraping or harvesting data, or infringing the rights of others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to TDDC or the brand owner and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without prior written permission.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDDC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TDDC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Products.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date and takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
