Where we ship
We currently ship only within the United States (50 states).
Shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 flat rate per order, all pack sizes.
Delivery time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on business days are processed the same day.
Fulfillment
Orders are picked, packed and shipped from a US fulfillment center via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Delays
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays. If your tracking shows no update for 7+ business days, contact us at info@medice.de.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace your order at no extra cost.
